varied selectionclean rooms
the breakfast buffet offered a large selection (it was especially varied!). the rooms were very clean, and i could see the swimming pool from there.
i found that the hotel lacked nearby convenience stores.

the room was ready upon my arrival. the hotel was very clean. the facilities provided met my needs. i found the location convenient, as it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the bar service was a bit slow one evening. it took some time to place an order for drinks. improvements in staffing levels could address this.

The hotel breakfast had many options. It wasn't great, but acceptable.
The bar was very slow. I ordered drinks that just never came. even after asking about my order, staff seemed clueless despite ordering through their ipad system. i also waited a long time just to pay the bill. Staff often ignored people waiting at the bar.

The rooms were clean and quite spacious. I found a wide variety of options at breakfast. Staff were helpful. The outside pools were heated, and I definitely appreciated this feature .
The umbrellas by the sunbeds need maintenance.

the hotel seemed a bit out of the way. a taxi into town cost about 12 euros. i found it necessary to drive.

The pools were lovely. My kids loved them. the staff were quite friendly. easy access to the theme park became a huge bonus. We went every day. the room was amazing, with great views.
the cooked breakfast was cold every morning! the breakfast hall was chaos after 8:30 am. there was such a lot of wasted food with families filling children's plates with chocolate doughnuts and chocolate sauce.

The pools were quite nice.
The breakfast setup was quite chaotic. I also found chipped plates and cups. This was a big letdown for me. The staff could have been better trained. They did not seem ready for the number of guests.
